Where the hills meet the sea, you will find our little corner of Ligurian paradise. This delightful corner studio is equipped with a garden offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and access to a swimming pool shared only with the other two cozy accommodations in our modern guesthouse.
We also live on the property, together with our lovely dog, a few goats, and some chatty chickens. It is a peaceful and unpretentious place where nature, comfort, and a touch of whimsy blend together.
The space
The studio is located in the southwest corner of our guesthouse. It sits on a hillside of olive groves facing the sea, with wide open spaces and hills on all other sides.
You will have your own charming garden with views of the property and the rural Mediterranean landscape.
Inside the studio, there is a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave oven.
You have your own entrance and access to the swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and ping pong table, which are shared among the three independent units of the guesthouse. On the property, we grow olives, fruit, and vegetables.
You also have a parking space and a rustic outdoor gym.
Guest access
POOL AREA:
The area is a shared space with sun loungers, shower, and swimming pool. You can request pool towels.
KITCHEN:
You can use the shared outdoor kitchen in the olive grove, but we can also recommend some good local restaurants.
I WANT MORE SPACE
Inquire about the additional option of completing the studio with a large connected living room and a fully equipped private kitchen with dining table to make it a large apartment.

OUTDOOR GYM:
This is a rustic-style gym in a quiet corner of the property, also with a spectacular view. It features free weights, suspension training equipment (TRX style), bench, and exercise bike.
ANIMALS:
We share the property with our dog, our goats, and our chickens. They are all guest-friendly, but especially the dog 🙂
Other things to keep in mind
The last 100 meters to reach the guesthouse are along a steep and narrow private road, Ligurian style. Remember that people go up and down here every day 😉
The only issue may be very low and long sports cars (Ferrari style) or very long campers.
